Community Implementation Grants support Florida’s Regional Cancer Control Collaboratives in developing and implementing projects that advance at least one goal and corresponding objective of the Florida Cancer Plan 2026–2030. Offered by Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, Moffitt Cancer Center, UF Health Cancer Institute, and Mayo Clinic Comprehensive Cancer Center, the grants fund evidence-based projects informed by relevant data to address regional cancer burden and community needs. The program emphasizes stakeholder engagement, community partnerships, reducing cancer disparities, and advancing health equity.
